Hawk Collision & Frame is hiring a Parts Manager to join our team.

We are a locally owned company serving the Rochester area for over 60 years, specializing in heavy duty truck repair, collision, alignment, and refinishing. We are seeking a professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributes to a strong team environment.

Responsibilities

· Oversee daily Shop activities and support overall shop productivity and workflow

· Order parts needed for repair per estimate sheets

· Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure an adequate supply of parts for ongoing projects, minimizing delays and optimizing productivity.

· Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.

· Utilize our computerized parts system to maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and orders, enabling efficient tracking and management.

· Foster relationships with vendors and suppliers to source and procure auto body parts at competitive prices, ensuring timely availability.

· Conduct price comparisons and negotiate pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining our quality standards.

· Provide exceptional customer service by assisting technicians, estimators, and clients with parts-related inquiries and requirements.

· Collaborate with the administrative team to generate reports, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement in parts management processes.

• Ensure a safe working environment

Production Expectations

• Complete assigned work within during scheduled hours

Qualifications

· Previous Manager Experience is Required

· High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• 2-5 years proven results in a Collision Center setting preferred

· Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts management software and inventory systems.

• Reliable attendance and positive team attitude
• Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required as well as clean driving record

Pay Range: $25HR to $35HR per hour based on experience
