Administrative Assistant
Altair Events is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We are a luxury event design and production company specializing in weddings, social, and corporate events.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization, and can help keep daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, phone calls, and client inquiries
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Data entry and CRM updates
- Prepare proposals, invoices, and administrative documents
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal team members
- Organize files, paperwork, and office operations
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
- Event industry experience is a plus, but not required
