OASIS Day Camp is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Backup Care Coordinator to support families participating in employer-sponsored backup care programs.
Compensation
- Pre-Season (Hire Date – June 28): $20/hour, approximately 10 hours per week
- Camp Season (June 29 – August 21): $600/week stipend
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for backup care families.
- Support enrollment, registration, and family communication.
- Coordinate daily attendance and camper information.
- Manage morning check-in and welcome families.
- Support camper transitions and overall camper experience.
- Oversee safe and efficient pickup procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with camp leadership and staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and online systems.
- Experience working with children and families preferred.
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Schedule
- Pre-season hours beginning upon hire through June 28.
- Full summer commitment June 29 – August 21, 2026.
