OB/GYN Hospitalist – Full-Time Inpatient Opportunity
Where the Adirondacks meet the St. Lawrence River
A well-established healthcare provider in northern New York is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a collaborative and dedicated team serving a vibrant, close-knit community. This position offers the opportunity to practice 100% inpatient obstetrics and gynecology in a modern, well-equipped facility with strong physician support.
Position Highlights
Role : OB/GYN Hospitalist
Employment Type : Full-time
Schedule : 24-hour shifts; 7 shifts per month (full-time equivalent)
Setting : 100% inpatient coverage at a community hospital; OB/GYN physicians provide backup call as needed
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
Candidate Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
(Board Eligibility must be within 5 years of completing residency)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $350,000–$400,000
Signing Bonus : $60,000–$70,000
Relocation Assistance : Up to $15,000
Continuing Medical Education (CME) : $4,000 annually
Licensing & Professional Dues : $2,000
Malpractice Coverage : Claims-made policy with tail coverage included
Additional Benefits : Comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan
Note : The salary range is a good faith estimate based on current market trends and internal equity. Final compensation may vary depending on qualifications, experience, specialty, and contractual agreements. Some roles may also qualify for additional variable incentives, including productivity or performance-based bonuses.

· Malpractice Insurance: A claims-made policy for professional malpractice insurance with coverage of $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate shall be provided to the Physician and coupled with tail coverage
