Job description: Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant Unified Home Remodeling Baldwin, NY (In-Office Position) About Unified Home Remodeling Unified Home Remodeling is a family-owned home improvement company proudly serving New York homeowners since 1989. We specialize in windows, doors, siding, roofing, and exterior remodeling. Our company is built on honesty, quality work, and strong customer service. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping manage calls, scheduling, and office coordination. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Respond to emails and follow up with customers Schedule appointments for sales reps and customers Provide information about our products and services Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests Maintain and organize customer files and office documents Support management with daily administrative tasks Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment What Were Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and patient with customers Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and able to multitask Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience (Not Required) Customer service or call center experience Administrative or office support experience Experience in home improvement or construction We will train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.
