This position is perfect for the go-getter and someone who enjoys checking out different events from NYC fashion week and summer festivals to product launches and trade shows throughout the tri-state area. RentQuest is a NYC based full-service furniture and prop Rental Company specializing in custom built and original one-of-a-kind pieces perfectly suited for any function. From fashionable banquettes to illuminated displays, we source the latest design trends from around the world to ensure our clients are on the cutting edge of style. As one of New York's preferred vendors, we provide high-end product and expert design consulting for social events, photo shoots, product launches, and fashion show, just to name a few. - Meet and/or exceed budgeted revenue growth in assigned business segments.
- Creating client invoices daily with the goal to upsell all orders.
- Planning and designing décor packages with clients; managing shipments for events.
- Maintaining contact with clients via email and phone to confirm event orders.
- Supervising events on-site working directly with clients.
- Assisting in the weekly event schedule.
- Processing payment for various client orders.
- Following up with clients after events to gather feedback.
- Being a liaison between the sales team and operations team.

We are also looking for someone who is very detail oriented, organized, flexible, energetic, assertive and good with people. Your ideas and fresh prospectives are always heard and appreciated. - Must have Sales experience with a proven track record.
- Highly detailed oriented with strong organization and prioritizing skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and outgoing with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well both independently and in a team.
- Ability to proactively anticipate problems and create solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Flexible schedule if needed to work events.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Event Planning background a Plus.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility for constant changes.
- A great work ethic.
