Are you a skilled personal injury attorney in New York who thrives on autonomy — someone who wants to take full ownership of your caseload while benefiting from the support of an established, high-performing Florida firm?

Our Florida-based plaintiff personal injury firm is expanding into New York and seeking a talented attorney admitted in both Florida and New York to run and handle our New York cases from start to finish .

This is a unique opportunity to operate independently while enjoying the structure, case pipeline, and marketing power of a proven firm behind you. You’ll manage your own docket, handle cases through every phase of litigation, and serve as the firm’s point of contact for all New York matters.

You’ll have the firm’s systems, intake support, and steady stream of cases — yet the freedom to litigate and strategize as you see fit.

• Autonomous Role: Run our New York operations and manage your own cases from intake to resolution.
• End-to-End Litigation: Handle every stage — demand, negotiation, litigation, and trial — with the firm’s full infrastructure and administrative support.
• Marketing & Lead Flow: Receive high-quality, firm-generated New York cases through established marketing and referral channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Florida-based attorneys for resources, mentorship, and joint strategy — while maintaining full control over your New York docket.
• Culture: Entrepreneurial, flexible, and supportive — we reward initiative, client focus, and results.

Qualifications

• Active Florida and New York bar admissions (required).
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong negotiation, litigation, and client-relations skills.
• Self-starter comfortable working autonomously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated to establish and represent our New York presence.

Compensation

Base salary, percentage-based bonuses, `benefits, PTO, and long-term advancement potential as our New York operations continue to grow.
