Job Summary:
IQVIA Laboratories is building a pipeline of experienced scientific leaders to support current and future opportunities within our Bioanalysis teams. We are interested in connecting with professionals who bring expertise in LC-MS/MS, bioanalytical method development, laboratory operations, instrumentation, metrology, and scientific team leadership.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and develop high-performing scientific and technical laboratory teams
- Drive bioanalytical method development, assay development, and laboratory innovation initiatives
- Provide technical leadership for LC-MS/MS and other advanced analytical technologies
- Oversee laboratory instrumentation, equipment lifecycle activities, qualification programs, and operational readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve scientific, quality, and business objectives
- Champion continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance initiatives
- Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline required
- 79 years of related experience in method or assay development or specific methodology area OR 57 years experience in a laboratory environment
- Demonstrated expertise in LC-MS/MS technologies, bioanalytical method development, laboratory operational management, and analytical problem solving, in regulated bioanalysis
- Experience leading laboratory instrumentation, metrology, equipment qualification, calibration, or maintenance programs
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $92,200.00 - $213,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
