OverviewOur team is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team in Buffalo, NY! As the "face" of our agency, the Receptionist will greet and welcome clients, vendors, and employees into our Gallagher facilities. Additionally, you will answer phones, process mail, and perform other administrative duties. If you like variety in your day, then this is the position for you!
How you'll make an impact- Welcome onsite-visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Maintains lobby appearance.
- Answers incoming phone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards call to appropriate personnel. Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Sorts and routes incoming mail, either paper or electronic, to the appropriate personnel. Processes outgoing mail including UPS/FedEx packages.
- Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies including business cards and specialty printed materials.
