The healthcare industry still relies on faxes and phone tag to coordinate critical care for patients at home. We think patients and the clinicians who serve them deserve better than a system stuck in 1995. Verse Medical is building the modern software infrastructure to make it happen. - Work with clinics, supply partners, insurance companies and patients to ensure delivery of care
- Troubleshoot issues that come up within the delivery of care
- Learn the complexities of the healthcare industry and how the different pieces fit together in our business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Verse Medical’s internal operations, customer service, and customer success teams to coordinate responses to high-urgency issues
- High level of organization

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to learn quickly
- Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role
- Familiarity with call center software and tools
- Experience using CRM or Helpdesk systems to track and resolve customer inquiries
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to handle incoming messages and calls efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Meaningful Compensation: $60,000 base salary + $2,000 target annual bonus

- This role is based in our New York City office in Chelsea. We have a hybrid model, with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and innovation.
