Position Overview

Ace Martial Arts is seeking a qualified Taekwondo Instructor / Master to deliver high-quality instruction and support daily studio operations. The ideal candidate is disciplined, reliable, and passionate about developing students both physically and mentally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured Taekwondo instruction to students across all age groups and skill levels

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback on performance and advancement

• Maintain a safe, positive, and disciplined training environment

• Support class scheduling, student engagement, and general studio operations

• Assist with events, belt testing, and program activities as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Kukkiwon Certification (Black Belt, 1st Dan or higher required)

• Prior teaching or coaching experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work with children, teens, and adults

• Bilingual proficiency in English and/or Korean preferred

Compensation

• $20.00 – $40.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

• No overtime eligibility

Work Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM

• Friday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Benefits (Full-Time Employees)

• 15 days of paid vacation after one year of employment

• 5 paid sick days annually

• Additional performance- or event-based compensation (approximately $500–$1,000 per month)
