ClinDoc/Stork Implementation Specialist
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ClinDoc/Sork Implementation Consultant in New York, NY. Summary: We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to support the design, build, and deployment of clinical documentation and obstetrics workflows within a large healthcare environment. This role focuses on implementing complex inpatient and OB documentation workflows, guiding analyst teams, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality system solutions. Responsibilities:
- Lead and support full-cycle implementation activities for Epic ClinDoc and Stork, including analysis, design, build, testing, and go-live support
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts on workflow design, configuration, and best-practice use
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment across clinical, technical, and vendor groups
- Serve as a subject matter expert on documentation functionality, OB workflows, and system configuration
- Support requirements documentation, testing efforts, change management, and deployment activities
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with optimization and enhancement efforts
- Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and process-improvement initiatives within the team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Current Epic certification in ClinDoc and/or Stork
- 5+ years of Epic implementation experience in a large healthcare setting
- Experience supporting inpatient clinical documentation, OB workflows, and related system configuration
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Clinical experience or background preferred
- Experience with multiple full lifecycle Epic implementations preferred
