We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Preschool Teacher Assistant at Rich Beginnings Child Care Center in Rochester, NY. As a Preschool Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and educational environment for our young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Preschool Teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities tailored to the preschool curriculum.
• Supervise and engage with preschool children to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Assist with the preparation and organization of materials and resources for preschool activities.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for preschool children to learn and explore.
• Collaborate with the Preschool Teacher and other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of the children.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus but not required.
