Job Details

We are seeking a full-time bartender/server candidate with open availability. We are open Tuesday-Sunday: lunch/brunch and dinner. Our cocktail programs embrace creativity, efficiency, and great taste. Bartenders must be familiar with fine dining steps of service, DoH standards, and have a knowledge/passion for wine, alongside speed and cleanliness at both service bar and point. Our bartenders embrace hospitality and are expected to maintain awareness of the needs of the floor, including guests and peers.


Job Requirements:
Friendly and passionate about food, wine and the guest's experience.
At least 2 years of NYC restaurant experience preferred.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Embrace true hospitality with guests and fellow team members.
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Strong Service Bar Skills alongside warm, guest-facing demeanor.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, with interest in creatively contributing to the program.
Attention & intention toward execution and efficiency required.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00) plus tips
