Cath Lab Technician
PAY: $80-$83/hr
WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Catheterization Lab Technician to join our dynamic team in Rochester, NY. In this role, you will assist in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the catheterization lab while ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for procedures, assisting during catheterization and imaging processes, monitoring patient vitals, and maintaining sterile environments and equipment.

Requirements
- Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist (CCT) or equivalent in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a catheterization lab or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and catheterization procedures.
- Proficient in operating catheterization equipment and imaging technology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
