Test Technician II
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Perform functional, environmental, and acceptance testing of electronic assemblies and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic failures to the component level.
- Construct and evaluate prototype and first-article hardware from schematics and engineering documentation.
- Support engineering investigations, validation testing, and product qualification efforts.
- Assemble, modify, and maintain test fixtures, cables, and specialized test equipment.
- Document test results, failures, corrective actions, and process improvements.
- Assist in implementing engineering changes and production improvements.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on testing techniques, troubleshooting methods, and laboratory procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
