Server Assistant
JT’s is looking for dependable, energetic people to join our front-of-house team.
This is a great opportunity for students, first-time restaurant employees or anyone interested in building experience in hospitality. Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidates.
Located in Buffalo’s Elmwood Village, JT’s is a busy, upscale Italian restaurant focused on exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and professional service. This is a great opportunity for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized dining room service stations
- Refill water and assist with table maintenance throughout service
- Support servers, bartenders, and other team members as needed
- Run food and assist with delivering items to guests
- Help maintain a clean and polished dining room
- Communicate clearly with the service and management teams
- Follow all restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards

• Willing to help with bussing, resetting tables, running food and supporting the service team
