We are seeking a Product Manager – Algorithmic Trade Execution to drive the development of our execution analytics and smart order routing technology. This role requires a deep understanding of trading workflows, execution algorithms, and transaction cost analysis to shape the product roadmap and ensure adoption by institutional clients.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for execution algorithms, transaction cost analysis (TCA), and smart order routing (SOR) technology.

• Work closely with quant researchers and developers to translate execution research into deployable products.

• Collaborate with institutional clients to understand execution needs and refine product functionality.

• Define key performance metrics (slippage, market impact, execution quality) and ensure the product delivers measurable improvements.

• Manage integrations with execution management systems (EMS), order management systems (OMS), and market data providers.

• Own the user experience for clients, ensuring seamless trade data ingestion, execution backtesting, and performance reporting.

• Drive go-to-market efforts for execution analytics, ensuring product positioning aligns with client needs.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in product management within electronic trading, execution technology, or financial markets.

• Strong understanding of execution algorithms, market microstructure, and order routing.

• Experience working with quantitative trading teams or execution desks is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with TCA methodologies and execution performance optimization.

• Knowledge of FIX protocol, EMS/OMS platforms, and market data infrastructure.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and institutional clients.
