Remote Event Planner – Sports, Concerts & Theater
Join our team as a Remote Event Planner and help clients create memorable live experiences across sports, concerts, and theater. You’ll coordinate event details, provide clear communication, and support each client’s planning journey—all from your home workspace.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with event options, availability, and recommendations.
Coordinate key logistics with vendors and service partners.
Keep documentation organized and respond promptly to inquiries.
Use scheduling tools and basic computer software to manage tasks.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work independently and stay organized remotely.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online tools.
