H Valley Market is opening its doors in the heart of the West Village — a new all-day gourmet market and café built around exceptional coffee, scratch-made bread and pastry, and a chef-driven prepared foods program. Think a specialty espresso bar, a bakery case full of fresh-baked breads and pastries, grab-and-go and made-to-order dishes from our kitchen, and a curated market of pantry goods and provisions — all in one neighborhood spot designed for locals to stop by every day. We're building our founding team from the ground up and looking for passionate hospitality people who want to help shape it from day one.
