Pastry Assistant
• Assist in the daily production of French macarons and specialty desserts
• Accurately scale ingredients and prepare recipes
• Pipe, fill, assemble, and package products efficiently
• Maintain production goals and output targets
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts
• Follow recipes and procedures with precision and consistency
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and general kitchen operations Qualifications:
• Previous bakery, pastry, food production, or commercial kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential What We're Looking For:
