We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to help service our clients with high quality professional services.
Lev and Bunzey, LLC is a growing, well respected, full service accounting firm located in Latham, NY. We have been in business for over 30+ years and enjoy servicing our clients. Our location is conveniently located near the Albany Airport. We are a small to midsize firm that offers many additional benefits. Our firm provides accounting, tax preparation and other financial services to individuals and businesses. We represent all industry types and service clients nationwide. We specialize in finding solutions to the most complex tax situations, whether business or personal.

As a Senior Accountant your function will be:

»Prepare Federal and mulitstate individual and business earnings tax returns for more complex clients

»Work directly with clients to support their accounting needs

»Tax planning for individual and corporate taxes

»Mentor and support staff accountants

»Maintain strong expertise of Federal and State tax law
Minimum Qualifications required

»Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance

» 3 -5 years of public accounting practice

»Individual and Business tax preparation practice

»Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite software

»Strong written and verbal communication expertise

» capability to work independently, with a focus on detail and perform functions with accuracy

»Able to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines

»Proficient expertise of Corporate and Individual tax laws and regulations
