- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to speak and read English clearly required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is a plus, but we can train for the position.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
