DYNAMIC SALES OPPORTUNITY

We are Highlander Waterproofing, an industry leader and award winning company that specializes in basement waterproofing and foundation repair services. We are seeking a motivated sales person to work in our greater Western New York market. We have multiple locations throughout the north east and have had strong growth in every market we serve. We offer a variety of services that encompass all aspects of foundation waterproofing and repair.
We have serviced thousands of homes that are backed with a lifetime warranty. Highlander Waterproofing will exceed your expectations with products and solutions that offer superior quality and value.
Responsibilities:
- Run company assigned leads
- Provide accurate and detailed quotes to customers, with a focus on building relationships with existing client base within your pipeline and follow up to secure sales
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Generate leads through networking, referrals and other industry related contacts;building your book of business
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and goal-oriented
- Highly organized
- Knowledge of the home improvement industry is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
