Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager / Supervising Pharmacist (PIC) to lead daily pharmacy operations while ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, operational excellence, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including prescription processing, verification, and patient counseling
• Develop and implement workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with New York State and federal pharmacy regulations
• Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy staff
• Provide clinical services such as immunizations and medication therapy management (MTM)
• Monitor inventory, medication safety, and quality assurance processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and proper handling of controlled substances
• Foster a positive team environment and support staff development
• Drive business growth and enhance pharmacy services

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist license in New York State
• Eligible to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
• 0–1 year of experience as a licensed pharmacist (community/retail preferred)
• Strong knowledge of New York pharmacy laws and federal regulations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Immunization certification or willingness to obtain

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required)
• PharmD (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 + performance incentives
