Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeing an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Expert to sit onsite with one of their largest entertainment clients in NYC. This person will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM across Core HR, Payroll, Learning, and Absence Management. This role is heavily technical and hands-on, requiring experience with HCM Extracts, SQL, Fast Formulas, and the Oracle HCM Data model. This person will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs, ensuring accurate and efficient data movement between Oracle HCM and downstream/upstream systems. They will be developing and troubleshooting interfaces, writing and maintaining technical code, supporting reporting and extracts, and partnesing closely with a collaborative HCM team.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience with strong techno-functional expertise

Hands-on experience across Core HR, Payroll, Learning, and Absence Management

Strong technical skills including HCM Extracts, SQL, Fast Formulas, and HCM data model

Proven experience building and supporting integrations (OIC, REST APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces)

Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and setups
