About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our finance team. This role is responsible for assisting our team with the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

How You’ll Contribute

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently in D365
• Manage vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries
• Prepare and assist with payments (checks, credit cards, ACH, & wires)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close requests and special projects
• Maintain accurate records for audits and financial reporting

What You Bring to the Team

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is preferred
• Familiarity with high-volume invoice environments
• Strong understanding of AP processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in a mid-to-large size organization· Knowledge of automated invoice processing tools a plus
