✔️ Active NYS Registered Dietitian license
✔️ Graduate of an accredited dietitian program
✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferred
✔️ Minimum 2 years clinical experience (nursing home preferred)
✔️ Experience in nursing home surveillance preferred
✔️ SMQT Certification preferred or obtainable within 12 months
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct surveys and complaint investigations in nursing homes
✔️ Document findings and draft Statements of Deficiencies (SOD)
✔️ Assess compliance with Plans of Correction
✔️ Complete data entry in Federal and State databases
✔️ Participate in state monitoring during Immediate Jeopardy cases
✔️ Testify in administrative hearings when required
✔️ Travel to onsite locations as scheduled
