Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
We have offices in:
· Uniondale
· Manhattan / New York City
· Westchester County
· Hackensack (NJ)
· Florham Park / Jersey City (NJ)
- Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
- Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service. xrczosw
Required:
· NY or NJ bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:

· Trucking & transportation, Auto
· Construction Litigation / NY Labor Law
· Toxic Torts, Products Liability
· Insurance Coverage
