About the Role
The Associate Project Manager provides advanced administrative and operational support to the project management team managing construction projects for our global technology client. Administrative support includes documentation preparation, financial management, financial reconciliations, and detailed administrative to assist the PJM team achieve strategic project goals.
This job is part of the Project Management function, responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Role offers a hybrid schedule in New York City.
What You'll Do
Support all phases of project management for real estate projects, assisting with planning, design, construction, turnover, and closeout.
Execute project financial tasks, including financial reconciliations, tracking cost estimates vs. actuals, and assisting with cash flow management and reporting.
Manage project documentation, project reporting, preparing special client reports, and maintaining the project folder structure.
Oversee team close-out procedures to ensure all project requirements are finalized and archived in accordance with the company's and client's standards.
Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure project health and adherence to administrative practices.
Monitor adherence to project administrative practices and respond to internal or external inquiries concerning reports and project data.
Assist in the procurement process by organizing documentation for RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource qualifications.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. May convince others to reach an agreement. Explain complex information to others in a straightforward manner.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Proficiency in Google Workspace products ( Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet )

Previous AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) experience preferred and should include construction project management, owner's rep, or project management experience for commercial projects.

Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality.

The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
