Position Details

We are currently looking for a Hungarian Teacher for one of our clients in Queens, United States.

• Format: one-to-one
• Total Hours: 22
• Session length: two-hour
• Location: At a public library or a quiet coffee house at/near 11377, Queens
• Student Level: Beginner
• Student Age Group: 17 and under
• Schedule: Once per week, (Preferably Tuesdays or Wednesday’s. Can't do Fridays . We are flexible. We can also do weekends. We would also like 12:00 PM. Afternoons. on 12PM to 5 PM)
• Start Date: 2026-06-29
• Motivation: This course is for my 13 year old daughter who has self taught herself. She is motivated to attend college in Hungry and is of Hungarian descent.

Ideal Candidate

• Be a native Hungarian speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 20 miles of the specified location

Conditions

• Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
• Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
• Freelance, part-time position
• We are not able to sponsor visas
