Marketing Manager – Vantage LLC (Energy Consulting)

Location: Rye Brook, NY (Hybrid On-site)

Compensation: $75,000 base + performance bonus

Reporting to: Head of Business Development

Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week), 3-month trial period

The Opportunity

Join Vantage as our first Marketing Manager—a pivotal leadership role with direct impact on our growth trajectory. You’ll architect and execute our marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, and help us generate high-quality leads across the Tri-State area and nationally. This is a unique chance to shape the marketing function from the ground up in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement integrated B2B marketing strategies to fuel awareness, lead generation and sales growth

· Lead digital marketing initiatives, leveraging AI and modern marketing technologies

· Oversee website rebuild, digital campaigns, and social media presence

· Create compelling content and sales enablement materials for business development

· Manage external partners, trade events, and multi-channel campaigns

· Align closely with sales and leadership to accelerate business growth

What We’re Looking For

· 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience with proven results in awareness gains, lead generation and growth

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline

· Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and paid advertising

· Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and analytics platforms

· Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and data-driven decision maker

· Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative spirit
