Position: Property Preservation Vendor – Grass & Shrub Trimming

Company Overview:
Munificent Asset Management is seeking reliable and experienced property preservation vendors in Florida to perform grass cutting and shrub trimming services for residential and vacant properties. Vendors will be responsible for maintaining the exterior condition of assigned properties according to client and local compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform grass cutting and lawn maintenance at assigned residential properties.
• Trim shrubs, bushes, and small trees to maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
• Remove overgrown vegetation, weeds, and debris from the yard area.
• Ensure proper disposal of grass clippings and organic waste in accordance with local regulations.
• Maintain before, during, and after photos as proof of completed work.
• Follow work order instructions and deadlines provided by the company.
• Ensure the property remains compliant with local municipality codes and HOA guidelines .
• Report any damages, hazards, or unusual conditions found at the property.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property preservation, landscaping, or lawn care services .
• Access to required equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters, and safety gear .
• Ability to complete work orders within the required timeframe .
• Capability to upload clear photos and reports after job completion.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive to communication .

Coverage Area:
Vendors should be able to cover assigned counties or service areas within Florida .

Payment:
Payment will be made per completed work order , and pricing will be confirmed once the work order is assigned.
