Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across the United States. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HR-Tech or recruitment solutions sales, with a proven ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the USA region
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in HR-Tech, staffing, and recruitment domains
Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for go-to-market strategies
Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts; report to leadership regularly
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms
✅ Required Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR-Tech / SaaS / Recruitment Solutions
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the USA market
Strong understanding of ATS, HRMS, or recruitment platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a geographically distributed market
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
MBA or postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or International Business (preferred)
Certifications in Sales, SaaS, or HR-Tech will be an added advantage
Mandatory Requirements

Must have a valid US work authorization (Green Card, or US Citizenship)
Prior experience selling in the USA market is mandatory
⭐ Preferred Skills

Experience in selling ATS, recruitment platforms, or HR automation tools
Exposure to enterprise or mid-market B2B sales
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce / HubSpot
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
