Benefits Analyst
- Administers employee's benefit claims for programs such as health insurance, disability, worker's compensation, and other programs
- Coordinates benefit program billing, employee withholding, and general bookkeeping
- Provides information and counsel to HRBPs (Human Resources Business Partners) and employees regarding benefit programs. Presents benefits offerings in training presentations
- Ensures benefits programs comply with all applicable rules and regulations such as notifications, reporting, and auditing
- Identifies areas of concerns for employee relations and works with management to resolve and improve processes
- Performs annual benchmarking analysis, responds to benefit surveys, and collects benefit metrics for analysis
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of benefits administration practices, programs, and regulations
- Skill in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis and use data to influence decision making
- Ability to navigate benefits platforms and information systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of experience & education may be considered
