VP, Associate Creative Director, Art
The VP, Associate Creative Director, Art is a senior creative leader who shapes brand ideas, elevates design, and helps teams produce bold, thoughtful work. They bring strong creative instincts, collaborative leadership, and a deep understanding of healthcare storytelling, with an eye toward how emerging tools like AI can enhance the creative process and modern healthcare advertising.
Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and visual direction across brands and campaigns
- Partner with copy, strategy, account, and medical to create smart, impactful work
- Oversee and elevate creative across digital, social, video, print, and other channels
- Explore and apply AI and emerging tools in ways that strengthen creative development, storytelling, and execution
- Mentor and manage art directors and designers, helping grow both craft and thinking
- Present work to clients and clearly articulate the strategy behind the creative
- Ensure work is on-brand, well-crafted, and aligned to business goals
- Contribute to creative culture, team development, and agency growth
Requirements
- Strong portfolio with standout conceptual and visual work
- 10+ years of experience in advertising, Healthcare advertising a plus
- Healthcare or pharma agency experience preferred
- Experience leading teams, shaping creative, and building client trust
- Interest in how AI and new technologies can support innovation in healthcare advertising
- Strong design instincts, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
Pay Range- $170,000-$185,000
