Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

Thomas Construction is looking for a skilled carpenter/remodeler to join our growing crew.

This is not an apprentice position. We need someone who can confidently handle residential remodeling work and produce clean, professional results without needing constant supervision.

Most of our work consists of high-quality kitchen and bathroom remodels, along with finish carpentry and general residential renovation work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Framing, sistering joists, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, and finish work
• Problem solving in older homes
• Working independently while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Keeping a clean, organized, professional jobsite

What we’re looking for:

• Proven remodeling or finish carpentry experience
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Someone who takes pride in their work
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Ability to communicate well with homeowners and crew members
