Position summary : Senior Manager/Associate Director, Sales Operations and Analytics

Manage Sales Operations & Analytics function for Commercial

The individual will report to the VP Business Operations and Analytics.

This role will be based at our NYC (Manhattan) office when opened and will require the individual to be at a daily commuting distance from NYC on the hybrid schedule 3 -4 days a week.


Key tasks and responsibilities
This job description outlines key responsibilities but does not include all potential tasks or duties.

Performance tracking and operational support:

  • Manage the operations of Power BI for reporting

  • Track KPIs across US and EU commercial organization

  • Maintain performance dashboards

Salesforce CRM administration:

  • Manage the operations of Salesforce CRM

  • Administer Salesforce CRM platform for daily operations, user training, data updates, issue resolution, etc.

  • Drive adoption and optimization of Salesforce CRM tools including Agentforce, analytics platforms, and omnichannel engagement solutions

  • Manage digital engagement channels including next-best-action tools

Sales Operations:

  • Manage field operations including Sales, Medical Affairs and Market Access account targeting, alignment, call planning

  • Manage incentive compensation administration including plan design, goal setting, administration, and performance tracking

Secondary Data Analytics:

  • Pull data from syndicated data sources, understand data strengths/weaknesses and plan data utilization for downstream analyses

  • Generate insights from secondary data sources for relevant disease states

Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations

Other related duties as assigned


Education and experience requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Life Sciences or related field required

  • Master’s degree in Business or Data Analytics preferred

Experience:

  • Senior Manager: 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations experience

  • Associate Director: 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations experience

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, Reporting, CRM Management, Analytics, Secondary Data, APLD

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Python

  • Rare disease experience preferred

Estimated salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 annually. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications, skills and experience of the individual applicant, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographic location of the individual. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives, as well as participation in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, company holidays and well-being benefits.


Location

Hybrid position: NYC office 3-4 days per week
