Job Description

Manage onboarding and offboarding coordination, including background checks, asset logistics, and I-9 compliance.

Conduct exit interviews and document key feedback with professionalism and discretion.

Process hires, terminations, and other transactions in Workday accurately and efficiently.

Handle contingent worker tracking and compliance in partnership with business stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, IT, AP, and Payroll to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of HR operations or similar field

Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS (processing general transactions, typically handling hires and terms)

Experience with Servicenow as a ticketing system

Strong attention to accuracy and detail.

Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective collaborator with HR and cross-functional partners.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
