Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dish department as a dishwasher/floor associate manager. In this role, you will be responsible for washing, packaging, and putting away dishes, as well as pulling and preparing orders for delivery. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

-Wash dishes by hand or through a dishwasher, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized

-Inspect dishes for quailty and cleanliness before packaging and putting them away

-Package and put away in an organized and efficent manner

-Pull orders for delivery, must be able to read item prep lists.

-Ensure all necessary items are included and accounted for

-Restock dish supplies and equipment as needed

-Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dishwashing area, storage areas, and delivery areas.

-Work effectiverly as part of a team to ensure efficicent workflow and meet customer demands

-Monitor and report any issues or concerns with equipment or processes to management

Physical Requirements:

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time

-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

-Must be able to bend, stoop, and move around the dishwashing area as needed

-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

-Must be able to read and comprehend English language
