The Opportunity

• Outside Sales Consultant role selling outsourced HR solutions to business owners
• Ideal for professionals with:
• B2B consultative sales experience
• Financial services, payroll, benefits, insurance, or HR sales backgrounds
• Proven relationship-building & closing skills

Compensation

Year 1 Earnings: $110K–$125K (realistic and attainable)

• Base Salary: $86,000
• Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly on closed business
• Lifetime residual income model:
• Most contracts are 3-year initial terms
• Sales consultants receive monthly commissions for the life of each contract
• Commissions continue on renewals after the initial 3 years
• Creates a powerful long-term passive income stream
