salary: $41,600 - $58,240 per year

Responsibilities

• Precision Material Handling: Execute precise weighing and measurement of raw materials utilizing calibrated scales and analytical balances.

• Protocol Adherence: Charge ingredients into processing vessels in exact alignment with Manufacturing Order sequences to ensure batch integrity.

• Complex Equipment Operation: Masterfully operate high-shear homogenizers, sweep mixers, and agitation systems while monitoring thermal jackets (heating/cooling).

• Regulatory Documentation: Maintain meticulous batch records in full compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) , capturing critical data points including lot numbers and process parameters.

• Sanitation Excellence: Perform comprehensive CIP/COP cycles to eliminate cross-contamination risks and maintain sterile processing environments.

• Quality Standards: Uphold the highest levels of cGMP compliance , safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
