Manager, Global Commercial Activation

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the trade marketing calendar for our retailers, e?retailers as well as our freestanding stores. Your role is to lead and optimize our trade marketing initiatives both on a strategic, tactical and operational level.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategy and plan based on business and shopper insights that support short? and long?term business objectives.

• Develop and present Trade Marketing presentations at sales & retailer meetings.

• Identify business potentials and develop tactical actions based on these.

• Develop and secure best in class implementing of off? and online brand activation activities and coop advertising.

• Evaluate trade activations and follow up on monthly retail sales.

• Budget management.

Qualifications

Your profile

• You are a result oriented, 'hands on' marketer with outstanding communication skills and a high energy level.

• You are a team player and used to handling multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a superb eye for detail.

• You have an analytical mindset and a strong personal interest in trade marketing.

Your qualifications

• You have a relevant Master's degree within marketing, business or communication

• Have 3+ years of work experience with trade marketing in a Business to Consumer market

• You have strong communication, presenting and relationship?building skills

• You are a super user in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• You are fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish)
