Edith Macy Center is a conference center located in Briarcliff Manor, New York, 45 minutes from Manhattan. Edith Macy Center has more than 14,000 square feet of indoor conference space, 58 sleeping rooms, and we are situated among 405 wooded acres in the heart of Westchester County. Overview:

EDITH MACY CONFERENCE CENTER is looking for a high energy individual!

Our Dishwasher position is a full-time position and Shift is 2pm-10pm , and will include weekends.

Candidates must be able to work a variety of days, based on business needs and it will include weekends.

Position is paying $19-$19.50 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Wash worktables, walls and vent hoods.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Sweep and Mop the kitchen floor.

Qualifications:

• MUST have clean, valid driver's license.
• Previous experience working in a culinary/hotel/kitchen/catering environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 35 pounds).

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $19.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
