• Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing quality customer care.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is desirable.
