Core responsibilities

• System installation and configuration : Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and associated applications.
• Performance monitoring and tuning : Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshooting and support : Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide technical support to users, and resolve system conflicts.
• Security management : Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular patching, to ensure system integrity and compliance.
• Automation and scripting : Use scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Perl to automate routine tasks and streamline processes.
• System maintenance and upgrades : Manage software and hardware, perform regular updates, and plan for future network growth.
• Backup and disaster recovery : Design and manage backup and recovery policies to protect data and ensure business continuity.
• Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
