THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN

THE SCHEDULE:

This heating and cooling services role offers a steady schedule from 7:30 am to 5 pm, with opportunities for overtime . Additionally, you'll take on on-call shifts .

YOUR ROLE:

When you become our Residential HVAC Technician, your day begins by heading to your first service call. You meet with the customer, listen to their concerns, and get straight to diagnosing the issue. Using your tools and expertise, you quickly identify the problem and explain the repair process. Whether it's fixing an AC or servicing a furnace, you make sure the system is running smoothly before moving on to the next job. Each call is different, so you get to solve new problems and help customers stay comfortable in their homes.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of HVAC residential experience
• Clean driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Boiler experience (preferred)
• Ability to read schematics (preferred)
• Universal EPA (preferred)
