What You’ll Do The Field & Regional Marketing team drives market penetration, ecosystem engagement, and pipeline generation across key U.S. and EMEA regions. The team works cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, brand, and demand generation to execute high-impact programs tailored to regional needs, industry dynamics, and strategic accounts. About The Role In this role, you will lead and scale regional field marketing teams across the U.S. and EMEA, ensuring programs directly support revenue and growth goals. You will design integrated regional strategies that blend ABM, field events, partner marketing, and executive engagement initiatives. Day-to-day, you will guide regional execution, collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional partners, and develop programs that deepen relationships with enterprise buyers, AI ecosystem leaders, and strategic accounts. You will measure program effectiveness, manage budgets, and continuously refine programs to maximize pipeline impact. Who You Are- 15+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 5+ years leading regional or field marketing teams in enterprise technology, cloud infrastructure, or high-growth SaaS
- Proven track record in building and executing integrated regional marketing strategies tied to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Deep experience in ABM (1:1 and 1:few), executive-level engagement, and large-scale event programs
- Demonstrated experience hiring, developing, and managing distributed, cross-regional teams
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience reporting pipeline contribution, ROI, and performance insights
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multi-channel regional programs
- Ability and willingness to travel across the U.S. and Europe for regional events and programs
- Experience developing founder-level or ecosystem-focused programs
- Experience launching co-marketing or co-selling initiatives with ISVs, integrators, or research partners
- Background in AI, cloud, or technical infrastructure go-to-market motions
- You love to design programs that directly influence high-value opportunities and deepen executive relationships
- You’re curious about how regional market dynamics shape buying behavior and go-to-market strategy
- You’re an expert in building integrated field marketing and ABM programs that drive measurable pipeline impact

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
