Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients from the MMP database
• Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses
• Use sales strategies to close deals
• Develop expertise across your designated industries
• Update and track your tasks daily
• Transition from prospecting clients to pitching, closing and funding deals on your own
• Be a positive force in the workplace and seek to help coworkers whenever able
• Work hard every day, be coachable and maintain a positive attitude

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Equipment Finance
• Merchant Cash Advance Sales
• Working Capital Sales
• Business to Business Inside Sales
• Salesforce or other CRM knowledge

Requirements

• Have both the desire and the ability to learn
• Have a commanding phone presence and be comfortable cold calling
• Superior communication skills, both written and oral
• Comfortable working at a fast pace
• Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent
• Proficient and savvy with technology

**This position is NOT remote. We are in the office, M-F. We offer a base salary of $53,500 plus commission. Anticipated total income in the first 12 months, based on performance and meeting expectations is $100k-145k. Total income for 2nd full year in the 175k – 250k range, and 250k – 350k range for your 3rd full year.

MMP Capital specializes in equipment finance primarily for small business owners, we are on pace to finance over $400 million in this calendar year.
