The Corporate Banking Summer Analyst program provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deep insights into the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Banking team. As a summer analyst, you will:

  • Participate in an immersive orientation and rigorous technical training program thatis focusedon building a strong foundation in financial analysis,accountingand valuation skills.

  • Collaborate closely with professionals across various sectors, gaining exposure to the strategies, products, and services that drive our business.

  • Engage with clients, analyze market trends, and contribute to key strategic initiatives that will help shape the future of TD's Corporate Banking division.

  • Work at the intersection of several key functions, including relationship management, credit risk, and financial analysis.

  • Following the interview process, selected candidates will be placed within one of the Corporate Banking teams: Communications & Media, Consumer & Retail, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Industrials, Energy, or Technology.

Fromassistingwith origination to supporting the execution of key transactions, you will be involved in every step of the process, ensuring you gain deep insight and meaningful exposure to the full spectrum of Corporate Banking activities.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree withan anticipatedgraduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Forindividualswhose work authorization is or will be based on F-1 optional practical training, your degree oranticipateddegree must be in a qualifying STEM program, as reflected on your Form I-20. This role is not suitable for individuals who are ineligible for a STEM OPT extension.

  • Results driven, proven academicexcellenceand strong interpersonal skills.

  • High ethical and professional standards.

  • Strong financial/analytical skills, knowledge of MS Excel preferred.

  • Proactive and highly motivated.

The Intern assists designated department management and staff in performing assigned tasks under direct or general supervision. Exemplifies the TD Securities Culture and Customer Service Philosophy. The intern will be required to interact with various internal and external groups.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Currently enrolled in 4 year college program or post graduate program

  • 3.2 GPA or higher preferred

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities

  • Good written and oral communications skills

  • Detail oriented and self-motivated

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work in an office environment
